Palicon Company Outing 2026: Kicking Off the Year in Sriracha

We recently packed our bags and headed to the beautiful coast of Sriracha for our Annual Company Outing on January 24–25, 2026. Hosted at the stunning Yuu Sriracha and Connext Sriracha, this two-day getaway gave our team the perfect opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and align our vision for the year ahead.

The outing began with a collaborative team meeting where management officially shared the company's goals and strategic direction for 2026. This session ensured that every team member understands the bigger vision and feels motivated to contribute to the journey ahead.

But the trip wasn't just about planning—it was also about celebrating our teamwork and strengthening relationships through a series of fun and engaging activities.

We split into teams to compete in fun, point-based games that sparked lots of laughter and friendly competition.

Sustainable Gifting:

We celebrated with a unique twist on the classic gift exchange. Team members swapped gifts centered around a "Sustainability" theme, adding a meaningful touch to the night's festivities.

After wrapping up with a relaxing morning and a fantastic seafood lunch on day two, the team returned home fully energized. We are more connected than ever and incredibly ready to tackle all the great things 2026 has lined up for us.
